Immature, Dope-smoking, passive-aggressive bitch
I've come to the conclusion that the female half our our downstairs neighbors is passive-aggressive. Instead of confronting me/us for calling the cops on their dope-smoking asses, she showed her anger by playing her music very loudly, something she knows we hate.
