Another move?

We might be moving again in about a month. I wish we were buying a house, but hubby's against it for some reason. I hate waiting for him to make decisions.

Anyway, I found out about a side-by-side duplex for rent from a guy at work. He currently lives in one side, but is moving out to reunite with his ex-wife. It sounds like a great duplex with a large fenced-in yard in a nice, quite, safe neighborhood. His side rents for $900/month and the other, larger, side, also for rent, goes for $1100/month. He told me the larger side has a huge living room and would be great for families, but we can't swing $1100/month right now. We can swing $900 however. We're going to take a look at it tomorrow afternoon. If we like it, we're giving our current landlady a month's notice.

I just want out of this neighborhood. We've got lots of reasons to leave this area:

our new garbage can was stolen
our taillight was taken out with a baseball bat
someone tried to break in one night through the girls' room window, scaring the shit out of them
hubby's brand new bike was stolen
our yard isn't fenced in
we live on a busy street

Not only that, but our landlady takes forever to get anything fixed over here:

the oven needs to be replaced
the kitchen lights need to be fixed
the storm door needs to be replaced
the landscaped rocks (about golf ball size) should be removed because the kids like to throw them

*sigh*

Well, we have to be going soon so I better get off my butt and get ready to go.
